Northwest Import Dragracing Association

Class Designation

As this is a "drivers" series, you can race a different car at an event. The car must be able to compete in the same class as you originally signed up in. The car must pass tech for the class and qualify for it. This is not allowed for points tie final run off unless it is the car used during the final points race.

Fees

Joining fees for NIDRA are $100 for the year. This will include a free T-shirt and end of year video (if available).
Initial joining fees are used to support the association with costs of Trophies, website, flyers, and any other miscellaneous items. All left over money will be divided up and distributed with the cash payout between the races throughout the season.
Day of event fee is $30.

Day of event money distribution:
- Third place will recieve their day of event fee. The rest of the money collected is split 60/40 between the highest placing first and second place winners (based on points for the day).
- In the event of a rain out, 1/2 of the money collected will be added to the payout of the following day of event money. the other 1/2 will go towards an end of the year payout.
- In the event of a rain out after the first round of elimination has been completed, the payout will be distributed

All fees have nothing to do with the track and are for NIDRA awards only. Money collected by the track for admission, tech, etc is your responsibility.

Responsibilities

The NIDRA is not responsible for track decisions.
The NIDRA is a non-profit organization set for racers by racers.
The NIDRA is not associated nor affiliated with VWOA or NHRA.
All fees have nothing to do with the track and are for NIDRA awards only. Money collected by the track for admission, tech, etc is your responsibility.
The senior official NIDRA elected officer has sole discretion over any problems that may occur. Time Slips are encouraged to be kept to defend any problems.
